DEPDS (Digital Exam Papers Delivery System)                           

To combat the paper leakages and its adverse effect on the society, we have introduced “Digital Exam Paper Delivery System” to circulate critical exam paper to all branches in a timely & secured manner. The system is designed in such a way that the papers are encrypted and sent digitally through a web link in a secured manner with an efficient GUI [Graphical User Interface]. The exam papers downloaded by the respective principals or exam officers are only opened in the dedicated software which minimized the risk of sharing of the papers online. Each license inside the software are imprinted with the respective exam centre name. Only authorised person can open the papers and when papers are printed it comes out with the respective exam centre name in watermark.
The activities carried out at the respective examination centre are demographically stored at the backend and is used for monitoring any untimely activity or malpractices taking place, thereby having a secured and transparent system for the benefit of the student and the society as a whole. The reports generated at the backdrop are also used for providing solutions and also troubleshooting purpose in case if there is any glitch in the system at the exam centre.
The spate of paper leakages taking place at the University for years together empowered us to establish innovative, robust and practical techniques to stop the menace of paper leakage under the able leadership and guidance of the Honorable Vice Chancellor.

 

2. AQPG (AUTOMATIC QUESTION PAPER GENERATION)   


Localized, specialized and automated solution for creation of question papers from the question bank.

Organizing question-answer banks and generating quality question papers in a format required by your university can be very time-consuming and labour intensive. Grading these papers consumes a lecturer’s life and stops you from getting through the mountains of research and class preparation you really need to be doing. The solution can be found using this software, which both greatly eases this burden while at the same time increases the quality of your question papers themselves.

3. DOAS (DISTRIBUTED ONLINE ASSESSMENT SYSTEM)    

Project Distributed Assessment Centre has been visualize University as a cloud based solution for a premiere that enables scanned answer sheets of students to be graded / assessed by examiners based at distant / remote locations.
The innovative online process closely follows the prevalent offline grading process while using technology to facilitate and streamline the existing grading system.


Modus Operandi

1. Administrative staff will scan the answer sheets
2. After scanning, appointed personals will upload the sheets in to the system
3. Individual login ids and passwords are assigned by the system for each Moderator, Examiner and Admin by system administrator
4. Moderator sends scanned image of answer sheet in pdf format per student for n number of students to n number of Examiners assigned by university
5. Each Examiner grades of these answer sheets on online grade sheet in the system
6. Each of the Moderators can oversee live grading of all Examiners under him
7. As Examiners enter grades for every answer sheet of each student on the online grading sheet, Moderator’s and Admin’s summary of grading sheets gets    compiled automatically
8. Admin can see activities at all / as many Moderators (and in turn all Examiners under each Moderator) as are assigned to him.
9. Compiled data will be forwarded to Result section for generating mark sheets and certificates.

6. STUDENT SUPPORT SYSTEM                                           

Time is precious in all advents of life and especially if the system is related to the career of a student then it becomes a paramount importance. This system shall bridge the communication gap between the students and the exam department and increase transparency and make the process more holistic. Keeping this viewpoint we have introduced S3 Student Support System.

In the existing system the student need to shed their dedicated day and time to complete their university examination work and hence run from pillar from post. Many of the times due to a monolithic structure the student ends up in not getting the work and hence a bad impression gets crept in their mind.

The primary goal of S3 (S Cube) system is to give the student a more reliable, secured and transparent system to get his / her queries resolved related to examination department by using the electronic media. The student accessing the Internet from his home place can communicate with the various parameters of the University and get his work done faster and in an efficient manner.
